Isn’t one of you a gunsmith?

I seem to recall a member who is still active here saying he did gunsmithing. Is that correct? I would love to have a LH 22 rifle with a threaded barrel but I’ve only found two makers and the cheapest one is Tikka at around $700. I’m thinking I could pick up a LH Savage and have it threaded and still come well below that in total cost, but I actually don’t know how much it would cost to get a barrel threaded.
