Propane shortage
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. I've noticed the price on the cans of propane at gas stations go up 5 bucks

I'm on propane heat... 4.09 a gallon last fill... 368 gallons.. This time last year... 2.79

It's all going as power adder gas in diesel engines. Like nitrous oxide in gasoline engines.
