I bought my tires the same way. Less than 5000 miles and the guy said they made his truck ride like shit. It's a one ton truck, they all ride like shit.

ouch my brother in law just bought a new set a month ago and paid 997(we have all the equipment to mount and demount so that part is free for us) I need a level kit before I put them on my truck and I want a set of wheels so I will be scouring Craigslist tell I find a deal or trade some parts/service for some.

I did the same thing. Ended up mounting 315/75/16s on stock rims with no lift. It rubs the leaf springs at full lock, but that's it.

Mine are 18's but I also didn't mount them myself.. I got them at Big O... I checked tirerack.com first and it would only have saved me $100 by doing it myself so I just bought them at big o
