Can confirm, Niceguy is a nice guy. As always, everyone around was welcoming, giving, and generally nice to be around. I had fun shooting things I don't get to shoot often. Well, I don't get to shoot anything OFTEN, but I got to shoot quite a few things for the first time. It's a shame the turn out wasn't as high as we thought it would be, but everyone that was there seemed to have a good time. This shoot definitely did NOT help me decide on whether I needed a Glock or an M&P at all. I shot quality examples of each and liked different things about both lol. :P

I didn't get any decent pictures unfortunately. I don't take too many pictures at organized shoots. You never know who will get upset about having their picture taken but never ask you not to or say anything about it.

Thank you to everyone that made it out and contributed to the day. A lot of ammo and food (a LOT of food  ) was shared across the group, and the range rental fee was covered before some of us could even pitch in.

I still don't have even half of your faces tied to screen names though. :llama:

Damn. Just realized I forgot my grill scrubber by the sink. Good thing they're cheap.

Whootsinator was pretty easy to figure out. The rest, not so easy to put faces to names if I didn't already know them.

Had a great time. Thanks for getting it organized WLJ and thanks to everyone who showed up. Food was good and plentiful, company was good, and shooting was a blast!

Great time ...
Need to do this a little more often...
Was able to put a few more names to faces and that is always good.
What happened to the brass, though ... ?
I was only concerned about the .300 BLK... for the most part...
Got back home and it dawned on me that it just seemed to 'disappear' ... Hope it wasn't thrown in the trash.

The brass was collected into one or two buckets. I'm not sure who took it, but I know I heard someone talking about sorting through it later.

What brass we could was thrown into a bucket, Dustin has it right now, he was going to go through it. I think he knows the 300 brass is yours since I think you were the only one shooting 300.

Congrats to WLJ for organizing a shoot for the members to shoot and socialize. Unfortunately I had to wash my hair so I couldn't make it but glad others had fun which is what this site is all about.

On a side note, took apart the M76 and discovered that what went wrong is that someone at the factory installed the trigger reset spring in wrong or it's a bad spring not wanting to stay in place and it was jamming the disconnector in place

No worries, I hope they had fun and it was a learning experience.

I had a great time, it's been quite awhile since the last shoot, so this was long over do.

Actually, I shot my 300BLK a little. If adayton ends up a little shy on brass, I have some that I will get to him. All mine is PNW arms if Dustin happens to find it. I don't care to let Alan have it if any of mine happens to be in there.

Long overdue. We need to try for another before the weather gets cold.
