Re: Louisville Gun Show
You're basically paying 8 bucks for parking to go in and get robbed. I've heard gun shows are a joke these days.

Re: Louisville Gun Show
I was going until this new panic started up, nope not now.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Re: Louisville Gun Show
Might go with my dad tomorrow just to get him to look at new pistols. He's still carrying a Walther PPKS....his first and only pistol because it was james bonds gun. Aside from being .380 the sights are too small for him to really see well and the slide is hard to work being blow back.

You didn't mention the $12 entry fee as well so a total of $20 to walk in the door. I'll add to the list of people you heard from also to let you know they are a joke these days.1fastmach1 wrote:You're basically paying 8 bucks for parking to go in and get robbed. I drove to Keene's today and you could not get into the parking lot to park. It was like an F250 convention. Didn't bother going in. Checked out Walmart in Bardstown and they had a bunch of 5.56 in stock.

That's pretty much every day at our Walmart. I picked up a couple hundred rounds yesterday.Next wrote:I drove to Keene's today and you could not get into the parking lot to park. Re: Louisville Gun Show
My dad just called me from Cave City Walmart and picked up 4 boxes of green tip they had in stock. He called me asking if it was worth picking up and I told him it was better than his 401K...

Re: Louisville Gun Show
I stopped going to gun shows sometime in 2013. Just not worth it to pay to look at over priced crap
Re: Louisville Gun Show
I find it funny whenever there is a panic like this I start getting calls from long lost friends asking if there are any "deals" I know of on ammo. Because all the people that haven't went shooting in 3 years all the sudden HAVE to have ammo, like RIGHT NOW!!
I always say the deals were last week when nobody wanted it.

Same here Mike. I bought more a month ago when my old co worker told me to "Buy now" and I lucked into more yesterday that I unloaded today.
Smart move for anyone to make now is stock up on bulk 7.62X39.
