resizing pics *ANSWERED

I tried to post some pics, but they were too big (over 256k). How do I resize my pics?

Download this and install it

Once you install it you can right click on your pics (I think you can do one at a time or groups if you select more than one) and choose "resize picture", it's the easiest way to do it in windows.
