It's like a dang ford dealer lot in my driveway. Mustang, Taurus, Excursion, Escape, and Crown Vic.

Re: new to me gas guzzler
12-14 mpg would be my guess watch out for broken exhaust manifold bolts a real pain in the ass on these motors along with the egr tube rusting

Re: new to me gas guzzler
First 44gallon tank of gas got me 9.25 mpg. I'll post some interior pics tomorrow. It's pretty clean. Leather interior. One small dent on the back bumper. VIN number leads me to believe this may be the 5th one to roll off the line.

Re: new to me gas guzzler
Should've bought a semi since mileage isn't far off. It would pull more, get you longer life out of engine, sit higher (redneck cool points), and it has a cool horn from factory. Of course you can't take it through drive thru's so you probably made the right choice.....JK btw.

There's a damn Peterbilt sitting for sale in Shepherdsville that I want to buy every time I drive past it. And I'm not even a Pete fan, but do miss driving a truck.jackalo626 wrote:Should've bought a semi since mileage isn't far off. Don't miss it, the guys that do it all seem to hate it.rustynuts wrote:There's a damn Peterbilt sitting for sale in Shepherdsville that I want to buy every time I drive past it. Re: new to me gas guzzler
I hated a lot of things about it, but still miss it on occasion. Driving to Texas last fall, even though it was only in the GMC, was a great time.jackalo626 wrote:Don't miss it, the guys that do it all seem to hate it.rustynuts wrote:There's a damn Peterbilt sitting for sale in Shepherdsville that I want to buy every time I drive past it. Derailment? I thought were talking about trucks with low mileage? it would be a short thread of we only said "congrats" or "cool".rustynuts wrote:I hated a lot of things about it, but still miss it on occasion. Re: new to me gas guzzler
I'm thinking new tires for now. 33's will fit it. Next year when the youngest is walking im going to put a lift on it. I'm pricing bumpers and winches. Led light bars and setting up cb radio and antenna/antennas. Tint front glass. Roof rack maybe.

You could buy a small connex trailer and cut it down to make your roof rack.justang1997 wrote:I'm thinking new tires for now. 33's will fit it. Going for something like this. Less lift though.
