I think a fitness sub forum might be useful for some. I always benefit from seeing others' wins and struggles. Part of defending your self is the conditioning your body to do so.. Just a thought.

I just recently started going to the gym again. I'm about 3 weeks in and have lost 15 pounds. I was 202 at my heaviest but I'm about 185 right now.
Haven't done much but play basketball after work and portion control. No sodas. Mostly water with some country time lemonade.
Fitness sub forum could be full of win.

Well seeing as we have a thread, I may have a fitbit for sale soon. I'm going to sell my zip and get a flex. If I can't convince Walmart to take it back., it'll be for sale.

No were just busy. Taking the time to put in a new forum takes a bit. When i have time ill get to it but like i said we work.
