why is there a limit on picture width, and why does it just cut off the pics instead of resizing them?

Coach- that's probably a glitch in the image resized plugin I added last night, look under mods in the admin panel. I'll check on it in a couple hours.

Ok guys that was a plugin I was testing, it doesn't seem to be working right so I disabled it for now. Post away!
