AR carry handle sight that doesn't bust the bank

Looking for a A3 carry handle sight but the prices seems to jump from $30 for POSs to $100+ for any thing better. Seems like there should be something that's a decent quality in between the two.

Military used ones usually run about 25 bucks, must be good quality. You can rattle can them black again if needed.

Sort of, project got put on hold for a variety of reasons anyway.
