They are not. I could possibly open one up, but that may expose the front sight when a 17 is carried. Some people like the sights protected, it's up to you.

Can ya do a x2 Mag carriers (Rds to the Rear) same color with the same speed loop clip thingys as well?

I'd be in for the same thing as DD but in the FDE/orange or plain black also... 1.5 wing loops also.
