Surefire Light and Magazine Combo Government Screw Up

I am going to offer you guys a great deal here. First off, I have a Surefire M910A-RD rail mounted grip/light/red LED unit. Ok, check the retail price of that. Next I have the Surefire Mag-60 Magazine. This is the 60 round magazine. Retail on both of these is around $700. The lights are in the box with the manual, peanuts, and all that good stuff. They were purchased for a PD and then they went a different route for whatever reason. I'm calling them used because the box has been opened and some appear to have been mounted.
