Abbreviate CITY name on engraving?

I know the ATF has said -recently speaking, that abbreviations for trust names are no longer allowed...I can't find clarification on whether or not it is still ok to abbreviate the city name on the engraving only (not on the F1).
Ie: kokopelli trust Lou Ky

Don't know. Mine is spelled out.

No city must be spelled out, KY can be abbreviated.
