SBR goes here. Have questions about trusts, gas systems, draco's, etc, ask away.

SBR Form 1 Question

Post by 1fastmach1 » Sun Dec 07, 2014 10:59 pm

I just printed out the form1 papers of the ATF website and I noticed they said it needs to be printed front and back. It says it won't be excepted otherwise. Does this mean that the nine pages need to be condensed into 5 pages? Page 1-2 on 1 sheet, pages 2-3 on the second sheet, etc... I'd like to mail these off soon.

Thanks...

I'm not sure what the certificate of compliance is. I'll have to look into that one.

Thank you!

You only need one copy of this form to send in with your form 1

. I would go this route but I know nothing about setting up a trust man. I wish I did though. It's so much faster.

199trust.com takes the work out of it. Sign and date where it says. Get it notarized with a witness or two.

Take that paperwork(all of it) scan it and send it to ATF.

It's easier than you think.

45 days later you have an SBR.
