NFA Trust

Post by HEYOPEY » Mon Sep 02, 2013 12:57 am

I have a few questions about Trust do you have to go to a lawyer to have them draw up the paperwork or is this something I could do on my own I have a family member who just had a trust done by a lawyer he says I can just copy his and fill in the paperwork is this true or is it best to get a lawyer to do one for me?

You can easily do it yourself, being careful that the format and language in it is correct. If you have a copy of someone's trust you can use that as a template.

You still have that copy saved?

Have you tried to use it with the e-file system?

I'd like a copy of that as well. Seriously considering my first nfa item.
