NFA Forms Locally ?

Does anybody know where I can get a NFA form and 2 finger print cards locally?
I am going to SBR a gun that I already own.

Cranky?

i think the fingerprint cards are available at UPS stores and police stations , but as for the form i do not know.

No they have to have the ATF stamp and address on the finger print cards. You have to get them from the ATF. Also the form can be found here. http://www.atf.gov/forms/download/atf-f-5320-1.pdf also need http://www.atf.gov/forms/download/atf-f-5330-20.pdf
I have been done this before.

You will need
(2)FBI Forms FD-258
(2)atf-f-5320-1 AKA Form 1
(2)atf-f-5330-20 Certification of Compliance

When you print out the nfa forms they have to be printed from and back.
Like the pages of a book.

At least that what I was told and did.

I ordered all the forms on line from the ATF website and got them in 5 days. To bad they can't process them on the return side that quick.
