I'm exactly 7 months from pending right now. This time last yr it was 5 months from pending till I received my stamp.

I believe they are trying to make it as difficult as possible, so people will be discouraged to submit.

I would like to see the someone in the Industry (a suppressor manufacturer) sue the ATF for incompetence or undue hardship.
This is either one or the other.

I sent everything off in early March. My application went into "Problem Status" a few days before the shutdown due to a misunderstanding of my home address and jurisdiction of said address. I promptly provided supporting documents and returned everything. As of yesterday my status is "On the examiner's desk" - patiently waiting.
