Inmate Escapes In Marion Co.
Phillip Mcbride Was Jailed On Drug Charges

LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- Police were searching Saturday for an escaped inmate in Marion County.
Phillip Mcbride, 23, was jailed at the Marion County Adjustment Center.
Authorities said he was last seen Friday afternoon, and they're not sure where he may be headed.
Mcbride was described as being 6 feet, 1 inch tall, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was wearing khaki pants and has multiple tattoos on his head, neck, chest, back and arms.
Anyone who sees Mcbride should dial 911 or local law enforceme

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.
