Shouldnt have to be a definition list. Once they are in prison they should lose all rights. We spend far too much to make sure our prisons are "humane" and in many cases that means giving prisoners more healthcare and better food than people out here get. Fuck that noise, stick them in a cell and forget about them if they are murders or rapists or other violent offenders... There shouldnt be college courses, schooling, gyms and other programs in prisons funded by our tax dollars...
