PS they said he had been there multiple times and remembered him, so maybe he was a closet homosexual that couldn't come out and snapped from seeing all the others enjoying themselves. It's a plausible theory.

Apparently she dropped him off at the club several times to scope it out and then tried to talk him out of doing it, but didn't fucking alert anyone. That's called an accomplice in my book.
