“Decisions would never have been made in the high-handed and cavalier manner that occurred in Flintif the affected population group was well-off or overwhelmingly white,” Philip Alston, the U.N.Special Rapporteur on extreme poverty and human rights, said in a statement Tuesday.
There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

I'm from that area. It is and has been run by democrats for as long as I can recall. Of course, that makes no difference. Bush poisoned the water.
