This week (since Monday):
-A 1 year old accidentally shot and killed himself
-A 14 year old held his entire class hostage at gun-point
-An armed man was shot down in a Philadelphia courthouse
-A Kentucky man was shot while selling a firearm
-An 8-year-old accidentally shot another 8-year-old in school
-A toddler and his father were both shot outside their home in Louisiana
-A reporter and her camera-man were both fatally shot while giving a live news report
And besides those wonderful highlights in the last 48-hours in America, there have been 166 separate shootings. Still think the problem is we don't have enough guns?

I know 4 people that have been assaulted with something other than a gun or bare hands. I only know one that has been shot at. (other than mil/leo)

although "non-firearm" fatal accidents are not specifically listed I find it interesting that accidental poisoning beat out auto accidents for the top spot in the fatal accident top ten for 2013. Over 30k died from some kind of accident involving breathing or ingesting some product which ended them.

They want to blame the gun, so they only look at "gun murders"...and I'd be willing to bet that number includes gang bangers shot by police. They never look at overall violent crime rates because we are far from the top of that list

that number includes both suicides AND police shootings of scumbags. If you zoom in real close to the citation it also includes all 500-ish annual fatal firearms accidents.
