ATF says if you put a buffer tube on an AK47, which doesn't require one, you've manufactured an SBR.

All the letters force them to confront there own stupid regulation , and try to interpret in a way that makes sense.

They cant, I mean they are going full retard! They are openly going full retard, SBR and Silencer regulation need to be abolished.

No argument to that last part....but I'd add the ATF as a whole as well.
