I think that the security agency is reporting BS, rather gave trained and public employee for police.

I was kinda thinking the same on the reporting side. Not sure about the private vs public employee for police though.

IMO the private sector almost always out performs the public, so i dont see why police would be any different. At the same time i believe there would need to be standards met even thought they are public.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

anyway- there are or were areas of San Fransisco that are served by private sworn police officers- paid for by the business and residents in the areas they work. All of the duties, responsibilities and authorities of the 'real' po-po, but privatized.

So when they do wrong and have a judgement against them, it costs taxpayers money correct?
