There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Did they ever catch the screwball taking pot shots at people on I-71 a few years back?

And the first comment on wave3.com deserves a facepalm
How sad...who would be out that time of morning just shooting a gun?

I am sure there are witness and the person who pulled the trigger will be tracked down. Or the felt threatened pulled the trigger and drove directly to their lawyers office. I don't know about you but if road rage shit happened to me I don't think I would pull over right away to check for a pulse. There will be a description of the car out soon I am sure.

the suspect was arrested for another incident a while ago, and had 4 guns in his van at the time, 2 handguns and 2 long guns, to which WDRB said "the suspect did not have a license to carry the weapons..."

really?

Yeah they said the guns were rolled up in overalls so that is correct. Not in a compartment in the vehicle or visible.
