Not counting the legality under Federal law most states have laws about religious discrimination.
And the GCA of 1968 requires FFL to follow ALL accabital state and local laws as well.

Plus I could really care less what religion you have or not.
My clients run from atheists to all types of Christian , including Davidians and Mormans.
Hindu and Muslims.
As long as you are legal and pay I can do buisness with most peaple.
This is mostly political BS anyway as Federal law requires FFL to use thier judgement as to sell of any Federally contral items.

I think we need to put a fence around the whole country and not let anyone else in till all the immigrants here already, all wear baseball caps and listen to Country Music.
