Stay safe
Police say the driver of a blue Dodge Charger was shooting at another driver in a silver Chrysler, which has a handicapped license plate. Police say for an unknown reason, the driver of the blue Charger lost control of the vehicle and died after hitting a tree.

There are criminals among us who are both homicidal and incorrigible. Their parents took a shot at civilizing them and failed. Their school teachers took a shot at them and failed. The odds are overwhelming that government welfare programs and penal institutions took a shot at them and failed. If it ever becomes your turn to take a shot at them, don’t fail.

Instant karma? Hoping the driver killed was the aggressor and in the wrong. I guess we shall see.

nah, hell nah. One of my truck drivers drives dedicated from there and it's worse than tv says up there. He calls me killer because I got the KAC gun sticker and asks me to "straighten up them people's" all the time lol. Hard to hide my gun hobby with Glock hats and KAC stickers but I'm not trying to hide anyway.

The guy that was killed wasnt a thug or a gangbanger. He was a decent guy. Dont know the circumstances behind it all, other than what I have read. I have trained with this guy. He seemed to have a decent head on his shoulders. Something doesnt add up. Not 100% sure, but I believe he was a member here. Would like to know the truth though.

Justin beeler. He was a friend of the family. The family still don't have a straight story either

This story sounds all kinds of crazy. Still wondering what made him fire out of his moving vehicle at the other person. Hoepfully they will shed some light on what really happened. The more that comes out it seems this was a normal everyday guy.

Yeah. He was a guy with a pretty good head on his shoulders. There's definitely more to it than what's been reported. Really sad considering he wasn't the typical type of person to just do this. Not saying he was in the right or the wrong, I wasn't there and nobody knows the whole deal yet. If we ever will

Sorry to hear the loss of anybody. If the guy chasing was not a cop, that guy better pay big time. Committing a crime of impersonating a police officer and then someone died should be big trouble. I'm not a lawyer but I've seen law and order twice so I know a thing or two.

Witnesses say the driver of a silver Chrysler 300, told the other man that his window tint on his blue Dodge Challenger was too dark. He also claimed he was an undercover officer.
Seconds later, the Challenger drove away and the 300 followed.
"At some point, shots were fired into the Chrysler and the Chrysler was chasing the Dodge," Mitchell explained.

Different stories on multiple sites. Really makes no sense. Like most of us, justin could quote the laws on usage of force. I dont see him drawing and shooting without being put in harms way first. Maybe im wrong. The chrysler 300 had bullet holes from front to rear on the drivers side. The whole story is confusing. Lmpd says he was not an officer, but doesnt say anything else. May never know the real story.

if he is not an officer then where are the charges? Also if his car is so shot up why the hell would he keep following?

Exactly what im wondering. Is lmpd hiding something? I dont know. If I was to say I was a cop, I would be in jail. If someone was shooting at my vehicle, im getting the hell out of there. Not going to pursue the situation. This story has me baffled. It will just dissapear into the sunset and nothing will ever happen.
