Dusted off the Bradley
Keeping busy on a rainy day with the smoker. Picked up a pack of side ribs, some pork sausage and some Jim Beam smoking pucks. Going to put a maple bbq glaze on the ribs and let em go for the afternoon. Gonna throw a block of gouda in for a half hour or so as well. Need something else to put in, still two empty racks.

Pretty nice on the deck even with the rain. Roof is the best thing I've done to this dump we call home. Maybe some bourbon smashed potatos to go with the ribs.
