What range? What hold? I've seen you shoot better groups, just wondering why they seem so spread out. No criticism intended, at all.

I would love to attend an Appleseed shoot myself, but you know me and schedules, I can never know from one day to the next how I'm going to feel or if I'm capable of making it through a session without suffering off the GD chart.

Would also like to see some better pics of the rifle, I'm not familiar with that model.

My biggest problem was keeping track of how many rounds I'd fired on each target.

The first target looks pretty good...until you went prone. ;)

Seriously, you're going to have fun...and learn a lot.

So if you did not go prone im guessing you also did not time the stages? Try one doing the whole shebang time seated, prone, and so on. Get a legitimate base to start from , if nothing else do it for the folks on here so they can see what there weekend adds to there shooting abilities.

Going to the seated position I was spending too much time getting into position. Never finished off all my rounds. Got frustrated and finally decided to just have fun with it. Went to kneeling instead of seated, had plenty of time and finally earned my patch.

learned a whole lot and plan on heading to another one. Going to take some friends and hopefully talk the wife into going.

Try this for standing to sitting

Works for me
Step back and cross your left leg in front of your right
And fall on your butt , bend over at the same time.
