Anschütz / Feinwerkbau / other "Precision" rifles

I have a buddy that used to be on UK's shooting team, and has expressed interest in taking up competitive precision shooting again. The big thing is, he was hoping to score a used precision rifle, since he can't really justify a brand new gun after the birth of his first kid a few weeks ago.

Does anyone know of any places that would sell those type of rifles used?

That is awesome! I'll pass it on, although I think that they can't use scopes. I wonder if he'd sell the rifle separate.
