Just a quick note to let everyone know we are working on this. It seems to be a common issue when using this forum interface hosted on godaddy, we're not sure why. Coach is talking directly to godaddy to get it resolved. In the meantime, when you get the error, try using the back button on your browser and then resubmitting. I don't know if that will work for everyone but it has worked for me. Thanks for your patience.

Just did a grep on the PHPBB codebase, nothing in there that could return this error unless it's in a plugin. It's something under the application layer would be my best guess.

took me about 10 minutes to reply to Rob in a PM last night because of the error.. Back button brings up a blank screen for me, iI finally figured to copy whatever I typed and then when I got the error go back paste and post.

I just replied to a PM from BIGC and got the timed out error. I should have hit refresh button.

browser/platform peculiarities maybe? explorer vs. firefox vs chrome vs g3/g4 etc
If you're having problems, does it work better in another browser/platform?

For me I use chrome at home and was gettin the errors last night and tapatalk is having issues today on my iPhone 4s

I'm thinking that this is either some plugin or configuration change in the PHP software that was made in the last 24-36 hours or something is amiss on the server hardware.

The issue is with godaddy. 100%. Right now they're not owning up to it but there are a lot of other forums having the exact same problem, all hosted with godaddy. Coach and the other guys are negotiating with them right now to get it fixed (i.e. crouched in the bushes outside their HQ building with ARs)- it is being addressed. I'm sure Coach will post up when a solution is reached.

I been getting it too, last night, and today. I have found that if I click the refresh icon on next to the site URL, then "retry" in the pop up I get , my post or pm goes on through.

Using Google Chrome and it's simplest for me to just hit the back button and post again, goes through that way just fine. I would suggest copying anything that is more than a sentence though, just in case, since having to remember what you said and re type it can be irritating.
