Re: Any Blaser owners on KAC?
I belonged to a club over 20 yrs up north that was highly active in all the clays sports, I seen and shot kreigoffs, perrazzis, etc., etc., good few high rollers with all kinds of contraptions for breaking clays, but browning and berreta over unders were the lions share whether sporting, trap, or sk...

Re: Machine shop work
I am not saying it won't work. I am saying it won't be perfect. Minor diameter for your metric thread is 12.5 mm, the half inch threads are allready at 12.7 mm. You will have about .008 oversize (8 thou) and .004 of threads showing in wall of bore, that are 28 tpi, your 1mm pitch is 25.4 threads per...

I remember most of that stuff, being a teenager it didn't phase me much, but even most adults back then just shrugged it off and went about their business. Hearst prob got the most press and conversation, along with the PLO taking hostages at munich olympics.

Looks like some Senetors are trying to kill SB7. Urge folks to make a call allowing a vote.
" Please call Senate President Robert Stivers II at 502-564-3120 and urge him to reverse course and bring SB 7 to the Senate floor for a vote"

Re: Convention of States
The scary part is once a convention gets a go ahead, any kind of resolution can be introduced and voted on, if it gets the votes it is law of the land, and only another convention can change it. Seems like playing with dynamite to me.

Re: Atf White Paper
Lots of interesting reading there, first time ever I heard of anyone from ATF coming out and actually saying a lot of their regulations and opinions do little to impact the publics safety. While we all just shook our heads at the useless micromanaging and prohibitions, some that work there must do t...
Re: .308 help
I like the idea of an adjustable gas block with a reference mark on what the standard volume is. That would allow for experimenting, then components could be swapped out to get to where you want to be for reliability.
Re: .308 help
Do they make adjustable gas blocks for those?

Re: Getting Glocked. Transition and observations.
I remember the first glock i ever seen, a G17 at my local gun store. Swore I would never buy one, steel and wood is a gun, not plastic. Years later finally bought a g26 because I wanted a small gun with high capacity. I have other pistols that I like and shoot better, but carry a glock mostly. Like ...

Re: Budget plasma cutter...
Absolutely they will cut clean, I do give a few points to plasma here but definitely not a short run fabrication issue. Both will probabbly warrant dressing sharp edges with the grinder anyhow. If you tinker with other stuff, work on your own vehicle, etc., a torch setup is a handy tool to have.

Re: Budget plasma cutter...
Don't discount the value of owning an oxy acetylene outfit, much more versatile than a plasma cutter and the haz isn't bad if you use the correct tip, and don't hang around. I have both but I would lose the plasma before I would give up the torch.

I owe everyone an apology here. I mistakingly interpreted this years bill to allow towns to create no gun zones. My understanding was all prohibited places were by uniform, State Statute, and listed in that statute. My current understanding is that towns allready have the power to create ordinance a...

I seen barrel clamp light brackets somewhere, or figure how to screw on a rail section to that stock and use a light bracket that mounts to a rail.

On that note, where is the best place in Kentucky to purchase a supressor, or two, or three?
