Tetracyclines and the macrolides (erythromycin and azithro) don't do well with sinusitis. Augmentin is the usual go to or a 3rd gen cephalosporin. It was new. They will transfer. Usually goes through Oakwood. Who charges $20. I can usually get Orion to knock off tax or maybe do a little better on price. YMMV
