Is the center bolt just spinning? If not try putting a impact on it(if you have access to one.) If it is maybe try locking a pair of vice grips or spot welding a small rod to it for leverage. Worst case would be cutting the bolt end off and driving out the rest of the bolt by hand or with an air ham...
