ordering my US Rifle, Cal. .30, M1 for my birthday present to me.

Depends on what you want to use it for. I can shoot pretty well with my EOTECH red dot at 100 yards. 200 yards unmagnified I can hit a man sized target no problems, never shot beyond that with it.
