Because the in-laws bombed out on us we were "forced" to eat Prime Rib two days in a row. It's a tough life.

I love the Denver cuts. I used to get them from Blackhawk Farms before they went commercial sales only.

Re: What did you cook today?

Found some super thick Wahlbuger patties. Was shootin' for smashburglers but my flat top just didn't get as hot as usual. I think I got a bad regulator. Smacking it didn't fix it. Still made some hella tasty burgers.

We are adopting a puppy Friday. Hope my wife can't be a carrier. She works with other dogs at a veterinarians office all day.

$150!
But it has Sprinkles
I'll take 4

:llama:
It is made with S35VN CPM which is a premium knife steel. It's worth that price. The Boker's use AUS-8 which is a Japanese mid range steel found in lower end knives like Simpsons Bokers for example.

OMG he's not coming back!! If anyone still needs a Donut knife here's another model. It uses SV35VN steel. Sorry if you were hoping on a shitty AUS-8 blade.

I’ve bought a ton of folding knives in my life, but after Spyderco released the Paramilitary 2 my knife search was over. I did buy a Para 3 lightweight that’s nice if you want a smaller version. Spyderco will be my only brand from here on out. I carried my Spyderco Delica 4 for years. I finally swi...

I've talked to a couple of competition cookers and most don't use binders at all. The theory is it takes longer to render out and blocks smoke flavouring from penetrating. I only do a mustard binder on pork butt. It makes an awesome bark for pulled pork. I use nothing but sea salt on ribs and on be...
