Re: What did you cook today?
You'll enjoy it more if you do thighs or legs.Breast is extremely lean and low and slow loves the fatty cuts. I agree. When I did the whole chickens, the thighs were perfection! These were already in the freezer so I figured what the hell. I was very pleasantly surprised! Sent from my SM-N981U usin...

Re: What did you cook today?
Chicken breast, because that what I already had. I was not really that excited to try them, but damn it was the best chicken breast I've ever had that wasn't battered and fried. And it even gave the best fried chicken I've ever had a run for it's money. 220° (Kamado is insane how easy it is to maint...

Re: What did you cook today?
I didn't think to take a pic, but burgers. They were amazing! I put them on the Kamado for 45 min at 250° and had a cast iron griddle on it heating up also. I pulled them off a couple minutes and opened up the heat deflector plates and vents and got it up to 400° (gets there really quick!) and set t...

We couldn't strike on the RR either. It was pretty useless. It helped the absolutely worthless POS employees, but did nothing for any decent employees that needed them.

Re: 20ft shipping container
Definitely understandable. I'll be ordering one soon either way. I'll leave this up a few days before I do anything. Even if 3 or 4 of us do 1, it still may not even be worthwhile over us just ordering individually. If anyone does order, it definitely seems to be a better deal than all the foreigner...

Re: 20ft shipping container
Who's seriously interested in these? No commitment yet, just what you may potentially want and your zip code. I'll call them and see what kind of availability and deals going to different places can be had.

Re: 20ft shipping container
They have 20', 40' and 40' high cubes. Price difference is only a few hundred bucks. Don't know anything about them, just seen the ad. Buying more than 1 only gets a 2.5% discount and the max discount is 5%. Looks like we need to round up 3 more buyers...haha 5 or more looks to be 5% Sent from my S...

2nd outing was fantastic also! 2 whole chickens spatchcocked (kind of), and then I went ahead and halved them because of my shitty 1st attempt at it...[emoji1787] Even the breast were jucy, the thighs were perfection. I'll probably just do thigh quarters doing chicken from now on. Just the right amo...
