I use one for padlock and house keys and don't have my thick plastic bike or car keys on there.
If you want to see if you like it just use a bolt and nut and attach a bunch of keys together. The fob is basically a fancier version of that idea.

I like both. Will buy future pairs of either brand. The merrel rubber is a lot softer and can rip, but they are very comfortable also. The Salomon (and hitec) I've had were more like tire rubber and not as prone to ripping, but also harder.

Maybe a rowing machine would help w cardio. I see these used in crossfit.
I petsonally like tectrix machines for low speed but a fast heart rate. Not sure if their ok on your knee...but certainly less impact than a run.

I havnt even been carrying a light..my phone has a "torch" widget that runs the flash on constant. Bet its 50-60 lumens

There is some overlap on 18650s and 2x 123 lights. You would just have to make sure the circuitry in the particular light you are looking at can handle the li ion amperage without damage. Some lights are bored big enough for the 18mm...some are too small. The 123 is not as wide. Buying a li ion ligh...

Usually bigger turbo(s) for more airflow...then letting them build psi
...fuel system and ecu to keep it gassed
and drivetrain upgrades to handle more torque
