Phase 3: Well, phase 3 comes at dinner tomorrow. Add some pumpernickel rye, thousand island, and some baby swiss and toast that baby on the Blackstone for the hopefully epic Reubens.

Strip roast and corn. Costco sells shucked corn in 8 packs. It's delicious.

Too sore to mess with heavy ceramics and charcoal. Perfect time for the pellet grill and a tasty chuck roast.

I read about them all the time in r/1911. People are crazy about them for the price point. I can't think of any gun brand that hasn't had a recall. They are solid shooters.

Had some leftover cream cheese from Xmas. Decided to try and smoke it. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! https://i.imgur.com/N9SZS4l.png I usually do one sweet & another savory. More info on these recipes... Take Block of cream cheese. Criss cross score it. Put a couple teaspoons of your favorite rub on it...
