I really had high hopes for them, I mean seriously we are lucky that Kentucky has so many manufactures, and I want to support our local guys and I am sure you guys can appreciate that. BUT, it doesn't seem they can support themselves. Maybe it is a staffing problem idk. Just wish it was better.

You should have measured the deck to make sure you don't have any block warpage. Blocks will and can naturally warp over time and miles. I been using a credit card and paying it off. The bank will say "sorry" and they drag their feet 9 times out of 10. You call your credit card company and they are all over it plus they reimburse your acct. on the spot, and they press charges out of their pocket if they catch them. Win win.
