I'm movin up this Sunday to lacrosse WI for the next five years for surgery residency. I'll still be around the board (maybe less than usual). Hopefully I'll be back in town after I'm done. Going to miss you guys. Some of you not so much.

I feel that if you are doing something to prepare yourself for any eventualities (i.e. staying in shape, training with your weapons, learning all you can) rather than just sitting on the couch munching chips and order...

I should have joined. In my month off of school I'm down 15 pounds to 195 with only a 5 pound loss on my bench and back to running 7:30 miles. Hell yeah
